To report an error
Tell us the page, the figure you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the official notice or tariff. A photo of a receipt or a sign at the airport helps too. We check it against the record and log any change on the corrections page.
To send an official source
If you work for a government, civil aviation authority, airport or airline and have a current notice or tariff, send it to us. It helps us move airports off the "Still being checked" list.
To ask for an airport
Tell us which airport you want covered. We add airports where we can find reliable sources and where travellers are searching.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about a specific booking, refund or visa. For those, contact your airline, travel agent or the embassy of the country you are visiting.
